Own accounting, reporting, tax planning, and financial operations with a strong focus on U.S. tax requirements and real-estate accounting.
What you’ll do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and reconcile ledger accounts.
- Support federal, state, and local tax compliance and tax planning.
- Manage real-estate accounting including rental income, capital improvements, depreciation, and cost segregation.
- Build budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for business decisions.
- Maintain accounting workflows using Wave, Excel, and related tools.
What we’re looking for
- CPA or senior-level accounting experience with strong U.S. tax knowledge.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with real estate, STR, REP, depreciation, or cost segregation is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and spreadsheet skills.
